Hello, I ordered glasses earlier this month and I haven't even got an update past when they started production? Order number is 1000611203
I had to call them several times after ordering to keep the production process going. Each time I called they said they'd send an email to the correct department with my concerns. I/you shouldn't have to waste our time following up. I'm having problems with getting a refund now after receiving my order.

I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

THEY WILL GIVE YOU EVERY EXCUSE THEY CAN COME UP WITH. ACCORDING TO ALL THE REVIEWS I AM READING, THEY MUST BE GETTING FRAMES FROM CHINA. THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED. ALSO CONTACT YOUR BANK AND EXPLAIN THAT THE MERCHANT HAS NOT PROCESSED YOUR ORDER AS PROMISSED AND REFUSED A REFUND. YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL REVERSE THE CHARGES AND ISSUE YOU A REFUND IF THEY WON'T GLASSESUSA IS A SCAM

You can order two and try them at home for free for 14 days. Or, you can order and pay for as many as you want and return for a refund.

Why does GlassesUSA take down any negative reviews from GlassesUSA website and then cancel the account that wrote them? Are you ashamed??
If something is Not being done right in terms of service and/or quality of product then the company should fix the way it does things. NOT censor its consumers and customers.

Take them down from what site Harold? There are plenty of bad reviews here plus check out BBB complaints https://www.bbb.org/new-york-city/business-reviews/retail-optical-goods/glasses-usa-in-new-york-ny-107236/reviews-and-complaints. Join the club of all of us jilted customers. They should be shut down!
